About
Come and cook delicious Thai food with Mon! We run classes on request. This is the number 1 Thai cooking class on Koh Lanta according to Tripadvisor and we have won the Traveller's Choice for many consecutive years. We cook 1 curry from scratch and 2 main dishes and then we have mango sticky rice for dessert. We start at 11, finish at 4 pm and offer a free pick up from your hotel. Your host is Mon, the charismatic chef full of energy, joy and knowledge.

Took a one-day class with Mon while visiting the Green Pepper Resort on Koh Lanta. The class was fun and educational, Mon is a great teacher and keeps things light. We basically cooked and ate, cooked and ate all day long. Made khao soi, tom yum goong, green papaya salad, panang curry and Mango with sticky rice. Mon is a great cook and a great teacher (as well as a great human being). His class is highly recomended

Awh, Mon is hilarious! We’ve really enjoyed ourselves at his cooking class. Yes, we’ve learned a lot about the Thai cuisine and Thai culture. But next to that, it was a dancing class, a cabaret show and a lesson to enjoy life. We wish Mon and his family all the sweetness. And do yourself a favor: take this class!

Mon‘s cooking class is the perfect mix of fun, delicious and happy.
Not only does he teach you how to cook great Thai food, but he does it with a lot of passion and a great sense of humour.

Such an entertaining yet learning day! Mon has great energy & is super friendly! All the food we cooked was explained well & tasted even better! A must try if you head to koh lanta! Thanks Mon!

Highly recommended! What a great experience! I had an amazing day with Mon and I learned a lot about Thai kitchen and cooking 😊. Mon and his team prepared everything so well for the cooking class and everything was completely fresh. Mon is not only a fantastic and passionate cooker, he is a wonderful, patient and fun teacher too 😊. Everyone could cook their own dishes and he helped very well.
I loved my own cooked Thai dishes very much! It has motivated me to cook more (Thai) dishes at home. Thank you very much!

Great fun, great food, even better company, Mon was the best host, so enthusiastic and encouraging. All the food prepared was delicious, all the ingredients provided were fresh and great quality. We fed very very well.

An amazing day from start to finish. One of the highlights on our family trip in Thailand. Mon is the best host - makes the cooking easy to understand and fun. The food was delicious 😋 and the cooking facilities in a beautiful garden setting. I would 100% recommend booking a Cooking with Mon session.
