I went 'back and forth' on what to give as a rating for this place. In the end, there were enough positive memories of this visit to warrant a 4 star TA rating. I'll start with the negatives first - the water fall is meek...More

The walk to the waterfall is not for the elderly or anyone with any ailment, as it is rather tough and you walk through water quite a lot, so make sure you wear the right shoes. I recommend taking a guide, as they spot a...More

I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. I came here as part of a private tour with family, and we were supposed to have a guide take us to the waterfall and bat cave. We were told the hike would be fine for elderly people, although...More

After you park your bike and walk a bit down, you'll encounter an elephant on a short chain, next to piles of garbage. It does not have space to move. I went twice - the first for the hike, the second to take pictures of...More

This is our first visit to Thailand as a group of friends and a couple of us found this trek so good we went twice! As with Koh Lanta I'm general there is nothing pretentious about this attraction. When you get to 'basecamp'- a couple...More

We really enjoyed this jungle walk! It’s a little challenging (try to wear something other than flip flops), and we loved seeing wild monkeys in the trees and plenty of butterflies. Most of the walk (30 minutes each way) is along a stream, and there...More

You could of course go with 2 scooters or rent a tuc tuc or taxi (the cost will depend on the distance to the waterfall).
