Where you get the deep knowledge of Thai Culinary Cooking!

Started 2006, with the same main teacher, Aon. Outstanding skills,+40 years of Thai cooking experience.

We do 3 classes per day, 7 days per week; Morning, Afternoon and Evening, all different programs.

You as a part of the group choose what dishes to make, individually you choose type of meat; chicken, seafood, prawns, vegetarian and for some dishes beef.

Everything is done individually, from first cutting to spice level etc.

We also do Private classes and longer classes for professionals and amateurs, where you can learn practically every existing Thai dish from someone that know how to do it!

Veggies, Herbs and Spices from our own garden (mostly), Freshly squeezed coconut milk and curry paste made on the premises.

Everything done in our Classic big Thai Teak house, all designed for as a Cookery School in a quiet area of Prae Ae.

Two-way transport, welcome drink, cooking book, coffee, tea and water is included. Many other drinks for sale

Very Welcome to an experience above the rest!

Overall awesome experience at the Lanta Thai Cookery School! We were picked up from our hotel then arrived to an organized and clean kitchen. Our instructor then told us to pick 4 out of 10 dishes as a group then cooked a dish then eat the dish (x4) so it wouldn't get cold . Our instructor was very friendly and... More

My girlfriend and I had a blast, although she was much better at cooking than I was. All the ingredients were fresh, and our teacher explained Thai cooking knowledge to us in great detail. We definitely have never cooked better in our lives and it was a great experience to remember.

We had a really good time in cookery school. Those people, who love to cook and are interested in asian cooking, can spend a very nice afternoon with their hobby. The dishes are not complicated even for beginners and every step in making the food is thoroughly explained. I will surely use the recipes at home for my family to enjoy.

We took a dinner course with Prim and the class was fun and food was delicious! Prim is a real professional, both in cooking and teaching. The concept is always the same, the group chooses from ten dishes four they prefer to prepare. Everyone cooks their own food, meaning that you can choose chicken/seafood/vegetarian and how spicy you like to... More

What a lovely experience learning to cook some thai food. As a class we choose 4 out of 10 dishes to prepare individually. The class is very hands on and at the end of each dish we sit together enjoying what we prepared. Our teacher Aon was extremely helpful and informative. If you ever get a chance, I highly recommend... More

We had a very good time, learned new things and got belly full. All the food tasted very good and we felt the teacher cares that you learn. I think it's defenetily worth it.

I took a half day course to pass the time as the weather was monsoon like so there was little else to do! I have taken classes in Asia before so I didn't mind if this wasn't a great class but it was actually the best class I have been to! I loved the way it was all organised but... More

Pim was our teacher and she is just a sweetheart! If you are looking at taking a cooking class there are others that have more name recognition but our hotel recommended here and they were absolutely correct, it was fantastic! We took a private class and cooked 4 dishes that I am looking forward to recreating at home. They even... More
