Consider small scale. Should have more sitting area just to enjoy watching the fishes swimming. There is no washroom inside.

Many interesting creatures there. Funny place for children. Som fishes or eels who exist in Mekong. Name tags in English and Thai for the fishes. Kan easy spend an hour or two there.

Quiet when we visited. Interesting fish, freshwater mostly. Some from S America. Up to 5 feet long. I thought the Eel fish was in distress but was told it was sleeping.

Small tanks, few plants. Fish swim in soulless boxes. The ubiquitous double print for foreigner. Upon entering nothing in English , so why pay twice. Reception staff very miserable. On the plus side it was quiet and we had the place to ourselves.
