If you like spending some time in the park, this is a good spot. There place to sit and relax, there options for people with children (different attractions etc.), there are also two restaurants.

Surprise, another place in the country named after the poet. The green area has heaps of places to sit and paths to walk. The water/ponds need to be circulated.

It is perfect place for the walking in summer. Two lakes are at the area. Reasonable size as for small town like Ivano-Frankivsk. Have to mention about wide variety of ice-cream and snacks and old-fashioned restaraunt Francishek Romashkan there.

Shevchenko city park was named after a famoust Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko and is a beautiful park to take a stroll in. It will lead you to cities main Lake and attraction park (usually only open Summer time) A very nice walk!
