My wife (35) and me (33) went there by car since the way up is a clean road which is not very vice to climb by foot. I recommend there since you get a great view of Piriapolis, Pan de Azukar and nearby cities

A strenuous 40 minute climb and a great view from the top. It is also possible to climb up the stairs inside the huge cross which is erected at the top of the cerro.
