It is the perfect place to take a picture of Piriapolis, beautiful views, but there is no toilet, so take care of your business before you go up there.

My wife (35) and me (33) went there by car since the way up is a clean road which is not very vice to climb by foot. I recommend there since you get a great view of Piriapolis, Pan de Azukar and nearby cities

More laid back than and cheaper than Punta del Este. Friendly people and a number of restaurants. Great beach to walk with a wide rambla.

The view of the city of Piriapolis and surrounding area is spectacular, specially on a sunny day from where you can have a partial view of Punta del Este.

We visited this place in the afternoon of a cloudy day, but we enjoyed the view of Piriápolis just the same. There were some souvenir shops for tourists and an expensive restaurant up there. When we wanted to use a restroom, we discovered that there isn't one, unless you eat at the restaurant, for example. We cut our visit short... More

Take the chair lift from the marina to the top of the hill for a fun way to see the views! The drive is good too as you wind around the hill to see views inland as well as the ocean. From the top you can see from Montevideo to Punta Del Este.

You can climb it easily or go with your car to the top. The views are outstanding from the top. Night views are also very nice.

...all the way from Punta del Este. The ride to the top on the rickety ski lift was pretty fun, and the view is grand. We liked it so much we came back for dinner. Might as well have that chivito plate with a side of amazing views watching the sun go down.
