My sister and I just loved our few days in Chefchaouen. It obviously caters for tourists but maintains some authentic atmosphere and local colour, like the vegetable market on Thursdays and many traditional shops and crafts in the medina. The scenic location and more laid-back approach than the better-known Moroccan destinations make it a relaxing place to be. There were... More

We kicked off our 2 week trip to Morocco here. It was a gem. The town is gorgeous (all blue) and the vibe is really laid back. The town is easy to explore and very safe. You need about 2 to 3 days. Amazing hiking all around it. We used CTM to continue on to Fes via bus (about 3... More

This city looks like a tale, old story in childhood books, The blue color splashes everywhere and make it spectacular frame. I love all narrow alleys and maze shaped architecture, surf the city both in day time and time, 2 different ambiences.

This city is the blue city and it's brings nostalgic memories of yesteryears. Amazing and reminiscent of the time Sinbad and Alladeen and the Arabian nights. Cannot appreciate the opportunity to visit enough and enjoyed and savored every moment while walking about. 5/5

Magnificent views. Beautiful blue doors, relaxing day of shopping, delicious food... the public restroom here was my children's first hole in the ground experience (always memorable) luckily we brought toilet paper with us. We only stayed in chefchaouen for one day (we were staying in Tangier) on a tour through Thami travels (great tour guide by the way), but we... More

This is a unique place definitely not to be missed when travelling to Morocco. Its cute medina is worth seeing as an introduction to the larger ones in Fes and Marrakech.

We were in two minds whether to got to Chefchaouen or not - because it is less accessible that other Moroccan tourist favourites. I am extremely glad that we chose to go to Chefchaouen. This was the highlight of our time in Morocco - we did Sahara, Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca. Reasons Chefchaouen shouldn't be skipped: 1. It is not as... More

I would recommend to stay here couple of days. Enjoy this blue city, stroll through the narrow streets. Make sure your bag has empty space, because you will find a lot of things to buy here. We bought some scarves, shawls, some other locally made products.
