The museum is amazing, has relics from several ages, mummies and skeletons. The cranial deformation is impressive. Is a small museum, but worth the visit. If you like history, you must go. The ticket is cheap, only 7,50 soles. They don't let take pictures to...More

In the beginning, I thought it would be a waste of time to go to this museum but I'm glad I did. There was so much information that I learned with the group. You will absolutely love learning about the ways the pumping systems work...More

Well organized and chronologically coherent, this small museum has some real treasures from the pre-Inca cultures that dominated the area.

The highlight of that tour was the diorama of the Nazca Lines. There are also huacos and relics of ancient pre-inca cultures. A definite must!

This was well worth doing. More than other museums it shows the technology of the Paracus culture (most sophisticated) to Nazca to Inca (least sophisticated).

We visited on a Wednesday afternoon and were very impressed by all the artifacts from the Pre-Incan civilization. I'd say what impressed me the most about this museum was how preserved many of the artifacts are! The Nazca Lines display in the back of the...More

Was impressed with the quality here, good museum that goes through many of the eras from pre-Inkan through to the end of the Inka reign, artifacts are presented nicely and there is a good amount to see. We spent about 1.5 hrs here.
