Tacama is a beautiful vineyard estate a bit outside of Ica. They offer a very nice free tour with vine tasting. Having lunch at the wonderful hazienda terrace is perfect.

You don't have to pay for the vineyard (tasting included). A few dollars, with a taxi (maybe even possible with a tuc tuc).
