Most of it is unexcavated but stretched for miles. Overlooking fertile ground below, this desert ruin must have been something. 16km off the paved road, the ride is just as much adventure.

Impressive ruins, but really not a lot to see artistically. It was a part of dune buggy ride tour and if you go late afternoon bring a jacket. It got very cool fast on way back to Nazca town.

grand ruins, quite large, you walk around the front side and even then it takes a while to get through. The wind here is crazy, lighter people may get blown away, bring a jacket. Definitely recommend the standard tour here that includes Aquaducts and Pyramid

This place is amazing. Huge and misterious considering you would only be able to see 10% of it as the rest still sits under tons of sand. Really recommend the visit to this amazing site.

We were very happy we made the trip to visit the Cahuachi Pyramid. This is one of the largest and most important ruins in the Nazca region which offers clues into the lost civilization. If you're into history, definitely check it out.

We had a guide for this which was helpful, did this along with the cemetery. So that made getting to it easy as it is outside of the city. As with other Nasca Culture sites, lots of pottery fragments just laying around. What was bad...More

On face value, an hours driving in the desert, arriving to some pyramids and walking around is definitely a 5 star activity, however, with the right guide, it turned into a fascinating experience. The drive through the desert was permeated with little nuggets of information,...More

Hi there, I'll be going to Nazca in two weeks, would you be so kind as to say who you toured with? Company or individual. Thanks. Denise

I stayed at the hotel kunan wasi, and they have their own tour guide. His name is Juan Carlos Rojas. He also works with another hotel, can't remember the name.
What is the best time to visit Nazca? I plan to visit in December. The guidebook said weather was not stable between May - August and was silent on December.

O horário da visita é o turista que decide pois são atrações ao ar livre. Nós fizemos o passeio pela tarde, para evitar o sol. Pagamos 50 soles por pessoa para conhecer as ruínas do centro cerimonial de Cahuachi, o acueducto... More
