A very quick visit. Some very beautiful hand copied books as well as early print press copies. The old hand carved press is cool and I also enjoyed the building itself.

This small museum of literature is keeping old books and maps dating back to 16-th century when the culture of the Balkans was awakening for giving a kick to the Ottoman rulers at that time.

This small building, just across the Palace of Culture, houses the Museum of Romanian Literature. If you would like to uncover the roots of the Romanian language, then take this trip down the time and see, among other interesting exhibits, the oldest Romanian dated manuscript.
