Dragomirna Monastery is a fortress like old monastery , beautiful and a historcal significant place located near Suceava City . At this Orthodox monastery if you go there you can enjoy the peace of this beatiful place .

The peacefull of the monastery and nun was great. The lake near the monastery invite you to meditation with yourself.

We travelled by bicycle from Suceava. Approximately 2,5 hours. Dragomirna monastry is extremely beautiful place with unique church inside, friendly nuns and possibility to stay in the nearby camping. Its work till 8pm. We had not time to make hiking around but i think it...More

Dragomirna Monstaries one of the hidden gems of Bucovina. A unique monastery due to its architecture: the ratio between hight and width is so high that is almost unbelievable that the construction didn't colapse. Beautiful elements of stonecraft. It is worth a detour.

This monastery is a must-see, although it is a bit away from the rest of Bucovina's monasteries. Impressive walls and painting! Well preserved and nice hospitality from the nuns.
