I came to the place in an organized trip, after a promising advertisement about 'Niagara Falls' and I wanted to see even something similar, but I was very disappointed. It was far from a waterfall and certainly not Niagara. There was a small water pool with a one swimmer. There was a restaurant and a cafe. It was relatively hot and the shading was only in the restaurant area

This is a great little place to visit. A beautiful waterfall and really pretty river. You can go for a nice relatively short walk along the river. We also stopped at the restaurant for a drink - a lovely setting.

We visited in April. Lots of water - a lovely waterfall, nice place for a stop for an hour or so to have a seat and wander over the rocks. Take care near the waterfall, they are obviously very slippery.
The restaurant looked nice, but we didn't try it.
We took a trip from the airport and got totally lost ! I think I'd read a review or thought the restaurant wasn't in the same place as the waterfall...but it is, just take the road down to the restaurant and park at the bottom. Only 10 mins max from the airport and worth a trip if you are at the airport or in Podgorica. Very pretty.

For those who wish to visit the water fall, August is not the right time for this visit. The river had all dried up and the drive is not safe as only one car at a time can pass. Dangerous experience for first time visitors and rental car drivers....Be very careful on the road.

Found this attraction through trip advisor- Montenegro's very own Niagara falls. They are obviously not as big but pretty nonetheless. There is a restaurant right next to it which serves food and drinks and has a nice outside area to sit if the weather is nice.
With not much going on in the city, it is a nice place to go to, have a drink, etc.

It looks great in winter and spring and maybe completely dried out in August. Looks really impressive after rains.

I don't know whether to like or dislike this place. It's gawdy and looks mostly man made, but you just can't look away. I think it's worth seeing and you can make up your mind.

Very beautiful place near the capital of Montenegro, it’s possible to swim there in June and July, but in August the river can dry up!

Great attraction 9 km away from city center. The best way (and the only) is to go by taxi (around 5 euros). Beside beautiful waterfall there you can swim, take a picture and have lunch and drink in restaurant. Usually, there is no water in August (it was case last year)...
