Everyone should visit this place, don't miss it , Kandy is one of most attractive city in Sri Lanka and because of the Dalada Maligawa , just ignore the Poya days or public holidays to avoid big crowd.

It’s nice, reconstruction temple with nice garden and big space inside where you can find many museums. If you are interesting to Buddhism history, archeology it’s right place for you.

Yes, definitely! Otherwise, you will not be allowed on the grounds of the temple. We brought our own sarongs, but you can buy or "rent" them at the entrance.
