The entrance fee is 1500sr for foreigners. The temple is very beautiful with a big park in front of it. There are 3 rooms, and in the last one there is the story of the tooth relic trough years

Visit only if there is a religious reason to do so. In that case it will make a lot of sense. Otherwise it can be seen while walking on the lake trail.

The best times to visit during puja times. You can see the procedures the temple follows. If you are lucky you may see the casket containing Lord Buddha tooth. Timings are 0530 am, 0930 am & 0630 pm. Hope this answers your... More

there is no religion restrictions. anyone can enter their. but please make sure that you have been wore a suitable dress before you entering.
