The tour is interesting and the staff are well informed and did a great job in informing us about every plant, spices, oils and many remedies. At the end of the tour, they offer you a free massage using natural oils and you can taste a selection of tea and hot chocolate, and then you can go to the store... More

it was really nice. we had a very polite and professional guide who took us in a very rich tour and we had massages for few minutes and then went to their drug store and bought some oil for back pain and some diet supplements and we had the best spice tea ever.

Shown around by a very knowledgable man who told us all about the various plants. Also got a massage and a sample of face cream. Is essentially free, though you can buy their products (which is what you are supposed to do I think!), however is also possible to simply leave a voluntary donation, or pay nothing. All in all... Our driver brought us to this place although it wasnt included earlier. I could feel it was a trap especially the guy when he knew I was Arab, he started to speak with Gulf accent thinking I'm coming with the Oil. I didnt believe anything of what he said and tried to control my wife from buying stuff but still... More

Got to touch & feel the different spices, the benefits of the spices, herbs. Got a goods massage which was a lot of relief to the tiring trips of walking around seeing places. We had an excellent Orator Mr. Chaminda who briefed us on the various herbs, the benefits of each herb & their medicinal properties. We bought a few... More

Our tuk tuk driver brought us here. Greeted by a friendly man who showed us around the garden. I enjoyed the tour of the garden, seeing the different plants, learning about their different uses in Ayurvedic medicine. However, do not buy anything they try to sell you. The products they sell are grossly overpriced, and are the exact same product... More

We were brought to the spice garden at the end of our daily trip and I didn't read up on the spice garden before my experience. I thought the guy who explained about the different spices were pretty good, the free massage was good; so we were stupid enough to purchase a couple of products from there. Not a huge... More

Spice gardens are interesting to see the spices and hear what they are used for. However the people give you all this chat about how they are training in Ayurvedic treatment and are students (aka tip me) they push you to buy over-priced products. Sadly we were conned by one which is "herbal hair removing cream" which can stop hair... More

These people will take around the spice garden and show different type of spices. Then there will be a demonstration of their products for different kinds of health problems. I do not know whether they are effective or not but these products are really costly.
