No doubt garden is nice. There were many guys in black trousers and white shirts. We thought they are free assistants appointed by the property. It was not true, the so called assistant was waiting for us while we were having lunch. Since we were in hurry and need to travel further we refused to visit the garden. We just... More

The tour of the garden is informative and interesting and the beautiful scents are lovely BUT like others before us we were given a massage and then had to sit through a very long explanation of 45 product !!! . From there we were taken to the so called pharmacy. Pressure was put on all of us. The beautiful scents... More

Horrible experience: our guide hurried through the spice garden not explaining anything about the plants. Very uninformative. He simply introduced their products to us, gave us a list where we should tick the products we want to buy later. Later in the shop we wanted to have a look at everything and he really got angry and unpatient. As his... More

Our driver's company gets a kickback for every guest they bring, and we knew it going into the place. The driver needed the compensated lunch, though, so we walked in on muddy paths 30 meters, turned around, and stood by the car. Even if you have to stop for a safe ride (a hungry driver is not a safe driver),... More

I thought it was nice during the tour, as our guide was not pushy. I enjoyed seeing all of the plants and my kids especially liked seeing how the cinnamon sticks are created from the cinnamon tree. I am an Arborist, and I do know that many wonderful medicinal products come from the plant world. I was happy to buy... More

This is seriously the smartest scam I have encountered in 7 years in Asia. They explain the herbal garden in a lovely way, give you a drink and short massage for free and then show you the shop with their products. the problem is that the products are fake and the explanation in the garden is all gearded towards the... Went with family of 12 and all the woman bought different products such as hair removal, scar/stretch mark removal, etc. Non of the products work at all, the hair removal is just Veet sold in different packaging to overprice. Do not go there is a trap just to get money out of you

This is such a tourist trap and I am an idiot for buying anything. The people giving the tour are nice. Discussing all different herbs and what they do for your health, skin, etc. They offerA free massage but you should then tip, I did not get one, my husband did and said it was ok. Then off to the... We should have known this would be a hard sell, why else were we taken there? I hate these places where you are put into an embarrassing situation of trying to be polite and not wanting to buy anything, The 'doctor' slapped products on our arms and face without a 'by your leave'. He went on and on and then... More

Visited this place because driver brought us there. our "doctor" was really selfish, agressive man and did not listen to us, just kept saying their products are the best in the world interrupting every my question. I did not like conditions they boil their products in, I saw it was quite dirty. I did not plane to guy anything but... More
