For those who love wine will probably appreciate this place more than i do. 2nd floor shows the history of the brewery culture while 1st floor is occupied by different kinds of shops but mostly are items with wine (ie instant noodle with wine and etc). This place can be missed if you are not interested with drinking.

It's a typical place, top is a simple museum stating a brief history of the brewery culture, below is selling wine and touristy local products. Of course price is also touristy price. Can give it a miss unless you have nothing to do.

There's a tendency in Taiwan to call shops museums. This is a prime example , it's. Shop. Now , it's a shop selling interesting Taiwanese alcohol . It's main cane sugar based , and is pretty good . Worth buying a bottle , will cost you $10 or so .

There is 2 level at Puli Brewery. Basically I love their Braised Chicken Feet that I've purchased over there! It's nice! At the second level, there are history and more of the plum wine information. This place does not require long hours to visit. Within 30 mins and its done!

Not bad as part of a tour stop. Enjoyed sampling the goods and the brief tour. Wish more of the signs had been in English so I could have understood more,, but then I was in Taiwan...

We looked around the Puli Brewery only because our 3 day tour stopped here. It was ok I guess as our tour guide taught us how they made spirits and wine in Puli. Of course we were welcomed to purchase items from the gift shop as well surprise surprise, lol. Apparently there was an earthquake here and the water is... More

If you just visit the ground floor shopping centre, it is naturally boring as you won't find any surprise. Go one floor up to take a look at the history and wine information. We finished the shopping floor in 10 mins but spent about an hour on the info upstairs.

Beside an introduction on the chinese wine, basically there is nothing much in this place. Very commercialised. Can skip unless you have plenty of time to kill.

Many people dislike this place branding it a tourist rip-off place but I found it OK if you care to go through and read the exhibits carefully. It is actually a display of Taiwanese wine culture. The display boards show you the wine making process, the wine songs, local wine folklore etc. Quite informative. Of course don't go to the... More

Walk round the shopping area and you will find many kinds of snack foods, the majority of them are not related to Puli Brewery's signature product. You will find some alcohol infused products like wine cake, wine candy, wine shampoo and soap, wine tea egg, wine jelly.... quite bizarre in my opinion. There are many non-alcoholic varieties, but I feel... More
