Nice beach. Take a walk at sunset. Go for a surf in the morning. Pretty clean for the amount of tourists.

One of my fav breaches off all time. White sands, chill vibe, 3 great bars, amazing waves for body surfing. Picturesque. More than that.... Orgasmic!

This is the Caribbean. Blue water, bright beaches. There are about three places selling food and beers at the beach. Some beds for rent. Relaxed vibe and great waves for junior surfers and people who wanna have fun in the water.

The beach was decent. Nice waters and sand and the bartenders made great margaritas. It was a bit of a walk from the dock but not bad.

Unless you are staying on the island, not worth paying $10 return water taxi fare from Bocas Town. It is just your average beach with sand and the sea. The water is clear and the sand is clean but there are far nicer beaches in...More

We have been coming to our Villa at Red Frog for 12 years and have never had any problems of any kind. You would be in more danger in Jamaica, Cancun or NY than u would be in Bocas or Red Frog. I let my kids go off on their... More
