This was a lovely treat for us. There is a big outdoor gym equipment area that we spent an hour on, then we joined in a cricket game on the grass. Lovely place for small children

Lodi garden or Lodhi garden is situated in New Delhi, India spread over 90 Acer's of area. Before independence it is known as The Lady Willingdon Garden. After independence it is known as Lodhi garden.

Lodi Gardens is my family's favorite park for a picnic, with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby to stock your basket. May is a bit hot so best to come after 5. The landscaping is beautiful.

There are sellers in the gardens but basically you take a picnic for the park yourself I would suggest.
