On the 23 March 2017 my wonderful driver Nagender from the Hotel Oberoi Gurgaon acting as tour guide took myself to India's Parliament House located in New Delhi. New Delhi is one of four major suburbs of the City Delhi, the others being Delhi, South Delhi and Outer Delhi so Nagender explained as we threaded our way through the never... More

Vast, very well planned, clean MUST SEE building in New Delhi. Lots of security as its a VIP area and need prior booking to be able to enter just certain parts of it.

Very busy tourist area which is a must to see when visiting Delhi. Lovely to see these old colonial style buildings so well cared for and with the Indian Government talking such excellent care of the grounds.,

The parliament building is situated near the raisina hill at the end of Rajpath and can be accessible via Delhi Metro. A must see place if one is visiting the National Capital

I have visited this few months back. They have a very long security check process for the right reasons. But after this long process, when you get to see only the back side of the building and one museum, it turns you off. If they really want people to appreciate it, then at least give a glimpse of Lok Shabha... More
