Awesome place..must visit if you are in Mumbai. Best time to visit is evening during sunset time. However lot of photographers with Polaroid camera will keep bothering you. For Rs 30 if you want a quick snap you can use them.

maybe going inside premises is not allowed as when i went there were barracks there so but the outside view is only pretty awesome
