The kind of museum enthusiasts want to visit. Different sections with numerous artifacts to appease different kind of people. The mummy is rarity for Indians, so are the fossils.

one of those museums in the country which are still untouched by the technology, Indian museum retains its old charm. located on the chowringhee road, it houses some of the most amazing collection of the colonial era.

Every Monday it is closed. On other days it's open from 10am to 5pm, in winter upto 430pm. And 15th August, 26th January, Holi, Dussera, Diwali are closed days. Enjoy your journey

Yes, closest two wheeler parking is under the flyover. Else, you may park in closeby sudder street.

There are no fixed or particular parking spot or place. You may Park the bus beside Museum (Sudder street) or you may go to Sahid Minar parking area. Better ask your driver to stay near to Bus to avoid any traffic problem.
