You never seen so many things that are crawling around you in one place. You have seen some around your yard, but you didn't know what else lurks until you come here.

This has been a favorite for families, school groups, and scouts for years, especially since it was free; it had such a large variety of items and the volunteers were so nice; we look forward to the new one, but we will miss this one

Be sure to swing by if you are in Decatur. A very large version of the original is under construction. Terrific place to entertain kids and for adults to learn.

First of all. It's free! You can make donations which is great. They have all sorts of bugs and animals to check out. The kids loved it. We can't wait until the new building is finished!

It takes about 45 min to go thru. Very well presented. The displays were great. Lots of bugs you've never seen before. It has a small gift section, reasonably priced. If you need something to fill in a little time it's great. And it's free.
