Several people had recommended this place to us so we were really looking forward to visiting. However, we were sorely disappointed. There really only about 4 old buildings that you could go in to view: a pharmacy, an old one room schoolhouse, a one-room church house, and an old farm house. All the buildings take less than 5 minutes to... More

This is privately owned. You get a very helpful map when you pay the modest admission fee. They have a very nice wetlands nature trail and has a 3/4 mile loop. There are sheltered areas a long the way with labeled plants and animals most frequently seen. They also have one display of live snakes. The property contains buildings moved... More

Landmark Park has historical buildings and many weekends feature re-enactors (making candles, blacksmith, etc). Children can watch and sometimes participate. Adult programs such as watching the night sky are available. Just walking around is fun too.

Outstanding collection of old buildings of local historical value, The church is also a popular wedding venue. The country store has cold iced drinks in a bottle, just like "it used to be". The old pharmacy is breathtaking in its original state. Outstanding planetarium open for special events. Boardwalks, picnic tables, terrific educational programs led by seasoned professionals and experts... More

Nice park to enjoy quite leisurely walk. The vegetable garden was nice, rose gardens were amazing. Visited while Halloween exhibits were displayed. Good to see community involved in display.

I have been going here all of my life and I love it. I have been dozens of times and I always learn something new. I would highly recommend going especially if you have children. Even if you don't, you will still enjoy it.

Thi kids enjoy seeing all the different wildlife on the trail, fun times on the park and a good ole float in the old dime store shop.
