Make sure you arrive early to get a parking spot. They had several places to rinse off within a 2mile stretch. They also had lots to do around the area (shopping, eating). The bathrooms were clean and you could rent a chair and umbrella for $35...More

Nice white sand and nice clear, warm water.Being from Chicago (where Lake Michigan) is freezing all the time), the beach is always a great stop for family and friends.

Easy access to the beach from the pavilion parking. Would be nice to have some restroom facilities at the parking lot.

Popped over during downtime on a business trip. The sand is amazing. Clean and like power. It was beautiful. Look forward to coming back again. Free parking too.

Beach was clean and water was 80 plus degrees. Parking was easy plus the beach that we were on was pet friendly. Close to everything and the hangout was cool place to visit. Highly recommend this place.

We love Gulf Shores! We visited the area a few days before Hurricane Michael arrived. The ocean was rough of course, but we made the most of it until the beaches were double red flagged on us.

Gulf Shores has worked hard to improve the public beach area. You are sure to enjoy. Please note the lovely landscaping as you arrive.

Yes you can, but as others have stated, it cheaper to buy your own. Just more convenient to rent so you dont have to pack it around.
