The Norman Rockwell exhibit is such a joy. His art brings smiles and fun back and combined with the video was one of my favorite visits to the museum. We especially loved the room of the counterfeited pieces and the story behind it. The Cut...More

We visited here recently for the first time. I guess it is on the small side and you can run through it in 30 minutes, but if you take your time to appreciate the collections, hours are needed. We saw an Audubon collection that was...More

While not gigantic nor having a stupendously large collection it carries itself very well. Collection is eclectic and has something for everyone. Not to be missed in the children's area ( almost seems misplaced) is section called a Trip through Time, which covers the history...More

Overall the Museum of Art is nice but tiny. I mean in 20/30 minutes you can see it all. The art is nice and it's very quiet in there. Kind of pricey for such a small museum.....

There was a really great display of artistic designs in seating. There were bentwood, woven, acrylic, metal and various compositions of wood and fabric creating seating that covered the past 100 or so years. Quite delightful!

My wife and I are members of the Huntsville Museum of Art. This Museum has a fine collection of Southern Art (subject matter and artists) and works by women artists. Nice balance of special and collection exhibitions. Great location in Big Spring Park!

Recently went here to see a children's exhibit and was impressed by the building and the show. They charge for special exhibits but other parts of the place are free. Very clean and nice setting for a pleasant viewing of culture. Recommend a visit.

The museum is Ok but pretty small. You can finish it in 30 minutes. Don't worth the tickets. I rather recommend the childrens museum if you go with small children.
