This shop is friendly, fun, and always seems to have lots of unusual things to find. I go in here on my frequent trips to Mentone, and they always have new things to enjoy. Highly recommended!

This was a cute little place to find unique clothes and jewelry as well as specialty unique gifts. The lady in the shop was super friendly and helpful with information about Mentone. The prices were average. Fun little place to check out while you are in Mentone.

I'm sure that there are many people who would appreciate the merchandise that this store sells, but I am not one of them. Once walking into the Gourdie Shop, it smells funny (incense?) and there are many gothic and "New Orleans" products. I didn't enjoy my shopping experience in this shop, and I won't go back in there.

When I read these people who complain about how small a place Mentone is, I have to say if you dont want to go to a small, quaint, quiet place, then head to the city. Peace, quiet and low stress is what Mentone is all about. Head on down the mountain to town if you want to shop in a... More

I have to go with the other reviewer. I mean if this is called an attraction, someone should get a clue. Mentone was much smaller than my husband and I could have ever imagined. The shops located on "the square" are, well, very small town-ish. People were friendly though.

Who choses these "Attractions" anyway? This is not an attraction, it's a store in Mentone with, what can best be described as neo-hippy womens clothes, beads and accessories. At least they have something, most all of the shops in Mentone have nothing but schlock, trashy souvenirs and little bottles of extract of things I've never heard of. There is one... More
