Vagator is good, but this is not as clean and good as Ozran. Its too much commercialized and crowded.

Not much else to say. Sun, sand and sprinkled with bars and hotels. Like most Indian beaches it could use a constant garbage clean up crew. Beach is less busy near the fort on the north side. Swimming is ok but low visibility so no snorkeling from shore...

We went here the first day of our Goa visit as our hotel was nearby. Hired 2 scooties and it was just 5 minutes drive. Peaceful beach yet had activities like water sports & shacks/bars restaurants etc. It was fun. Spent around 3 hrs and then had lunch on the shacks with beer. Felt like heaven.

Vagator Beach is a fairly long beach in North Goa which is not very crowded & is a nice place to spend time at. It is naturally divided into the main Vagator Beach at one end and the smaller Ozran Beach at the other end. There are quite a few rocks around, particularly at the Ozran Beach side, so you... More

Lovely beach. Clean and quiet. Its not too commercial compared to other popular beaches like Baga or Calangute. Lucky Shack is a favorite with great cocktails and food. The staff at this shack is friendly and nice. A must visit.

What holds and beholds the charm of Vagator is difficult to say. A perfect place to relax and rejuvenate in spite of the hustle bustle of the tourists. Vagator is a relaxed tourist destination and fairly undeveloped or one rather say untouched. Its a perfect getaway if you plan to spend your holidays in calm surroundings reuniting with yourself. Vagator beach is very beatiful, and looks more beautiful when seen from the top (of Chapora fort). This beach has relatively less tourists ( may be because of the distance) and so offers a less crowded experience. The initial (south) part of the beach is quite rocky, and the gives you a chance to go a little deep in the... More
