I'm just an occasional trekker. This was not an easy trek for me but definitely a fun one. The boulders with rope no harness was quite scary, glad to have survived.

Lovely gunung to explore. Not too difficult and you make pace yourself to relax along the streams and waterfall. Lovely pool to soak in !!

Good nature trekking park along Malaysia's legendary mountain. Access is much easier through the Gunung Ledang Resort near Ayer Panas, Tangkak

You'll need a permit to climb up Mt Ophir. More info available from Gunung Ledang National Park. You may also refer to answer given to an earlier query by Anne L 4 months ago below. Good luck!
