This is a strange mosque to say the least. From the exterior it is unlike any mosque I have seen before. Looks a bit Hindu, at least the tower does.

The architecture is interestingly beautiful and was the first time for me to see a masjid that looks like this. I don't know what you expect to see inside. It's a place of worship, you can go inside, take a look around and pray if you wish.

Interesting piece of architecture right on a street. Pity one cannot enter. Cute and unusual from the outside.

First I looked at this mosque, wow amazing. It is very nice architecture and very historical mosque. As what I know, Kampung Kling Mosque was built with the contribution of people and wealthy ones.

This mosque was an embodiment of the presence of various community since Melaka became a trading post centuries ago. The architecture of the mosque contained elements from other ethnic communities. Good for foreign tourist to have a closer look. But please bear in mind it is a mosque and be sensitive.

Just check and go in when you are passing by. It is not a must go, but OK to visit when you are strolling through China town

You can complete your tour of this mosque, opened in 1748, under an hour because of it small size. But if like me, who collects old tiles, I can stay here for hours just to admire the details of the tiles used generously in and around this mosque. The staircase and the columns that greet you at the entrance are... More
