Caught the River Boat tour down the river at night, having previously walked along the river during the day. Looks gorgeous at night, bars and bridges lit up. Tour takes about 30-45 mins and is approx 15MYR.

This was a lovey cruise through the old heart of Melaka, and allowed a great chance to view many of the beautiful old buildings. Very enjoyable and well worth it.

Alongside the Malacca river there are many colonial buildings. It makes for a very picturesque scene. Specially if you stand on the bridges you get a glimpse of these views which is really beautiful.

Malacca has made the river a central part of its attraction. It has really nice walk ways often on both sides of the river with pleasant places to sit and relax whilst watching the world go by.
