Large and tasteful building, with beautiful gardens, just off the Bund at the north end. Apparently no longer serves as a consulate, but the majesty still evident.

A small area of gardens and specimen trees with carefully manicured paths, flower beds and lawns, adjacent to the Bund. Free entry- a pleasant place for a stroll, not sure if it is possible to go into any of the buildings.
