This site offers very nice views of buildings & architecture along the Bund, ships on the river, and the towers of "new Shanghai" across the river. Don't miss the large "Wall Street Bull" statue farther down. Pleasant place for a stroll.

Imposing statue of an early mayor of Shanghai. Not much significance for non-Chinese and perhaps not even for Chinese except for those really into history. Located under the trees at the north end of the Bund.
