We loved this tour! We had a great tour guide Luis and our captain Felix was very skilled at driving the boat and locating the various animals. We saw crocodiles, ginormous iguanas, howler monkeys howling!! So awesome! And the best was the white faced monkeys were so adorable and super friendly!! Really a highlight! They really work hard to make... More

We had the amazing German (pronounced Herman) as our guide and the superb Mario as our driver. This was a really fun tour. German is so intelligent, very knowledgeable and absolutely so much fun. We went on two excursions with this team. We drove past a Dole plant and lots of cantaloupe fields too. We saw so many birds, howler... More

We had such a great time on the river cruise. The van that picked us up was very comfortable. The tour guide was very knowledgable on the wildlife. He could even do a great Howler Monkey imitation to get the monkey's talking. The river boat was fun and relaxing. We saw quite a few birds and crocodiles on the river.... More

My husband and I took this tour in hopes to see wildlife and we did! Beautiful birds, crocodile, iguanas and my favorite of all was seeing and hearing the howler monkies! Our guide was fantastic about getting as close as possible in order for us to get the best view of the wildlife with an abundance amount of information. An... More

Eagle Eye ( our boat guide ) was incredible! He pointed out and pulled up to every amazing river creature you can imagine! Bats, iguanas, crocodiles and birds! He made bird calls and monkey calls to get them active for us! His family made us a wonderful wood fired meal to boot! Highly recommend. Pura Vida!

We did this as part of a 1 day tour, the first part being to a coffee plantation followed by a good lunch, we saw monkeys, crocodiles close up, various types of birds including storks and yellow footed egrets, lizards, iguanas and even bats on a tree. This was a good trip with lots to see but at 30 minutes... More

We went the boat ride by driving from Tamrindo to the boat tour office. They then charge us 50 USD per person and have us follow them to the gate of the Park. The ride was great, our guide Jose was a true lover of his job, the ride was for 45 minutes if not more. The price a bit... More

Freddy was wonderful planning the trip and on this very personal trip. Had a very interesting ride to the river and a very informative ride on the river seeing many animals. His laser pointer was most helpful in sitings keeping voices down so as not to scare the animals. The authentic Costarican lunch was decilicous and special. Highly recommend this... More

We decided to take in a boat tour advertising monkeys and crocs. Well we didn't see the monkeys as advertised, but we did see several crocs up close and personal. This experience was fun and well worth the $75 per person. The worst part of this trip was the 1 hour ride to the site. The road and driver made... More
