A great, intimate tour of all aspects of the chocolate making process with tastings at each step. We had a small, (6 person), group and our guide, (the owners son), explained every step of the chocolate making process as he did it. Very educational, but fun and yummy at the same time. At the end you can buy some of... More

As recommended by our hotel manager, the tour was excellent! Slow-paced, informative and peaceful. Our guide does an excellent job by taking time to explain things and showing us the surroundings. The tasting of the different drinks and chocolate was also special. Even our teenager daughter enjoyed it!

Didn't stay here, didn't eat here, so not very much to review. I did stop and buy some chocolate bars for my partner. Wow, marvellous .. and you can try before you buy. , ...But ouch.. IT WAS.... EXPENSIVE.

Being hypersensitive to tourist tours, even when of course I am a tourist, I was pleasently surprised with the tour of the cocoa farm. The owner operator Marcos was very informative and low key as we walked through his plantation explaining both the history and the process of chocolate making. He also added in info on some of the local... More

This chocolate tour was really great. The owner showed us each stage of chocolate production. We were also able to taste the cacao at various stages. The hike was beautiful. He pointed out various birds and animals. We learned about other plants growing on his property. The tour finished with some fresh made chocolate and some hot chocolate to drink.... More

Excellent tour! Really really good. Informative not only about the process, from cacao fruit to finished product, but also about the local fruits and trees was great! One of the most complete tours I've had! Well worth every penny and then some.

This place is amazing. If you are in the area, and have time, this is a must visit. The tour starts at 3PM, Monday - Friday. It is also cash only. Just FYI. You will need good shoes for hiking and exploring as some of the paths are muddy. It is incredibly eye opening to the process of chocolate making,... More

This tour was perfect for adults and kids alike! Although the plantation got a little bit muddy from the rain, all of the delicious samples and the step by step demonstration more than made up for it! We got to see the whole process of making chocolate from beginning to end - it was priceless!
