This was an amazing night tour with SO much to see. Henry is an amazing host/guide and he has built a gorgeous and immersive environment so close to Quepos.
After picking us up, Henry asked what we hoped to see and our quick response was a sloth. Within 10 minutes had pulled over to a spot he expected to see on and there she was. His knowledge and experience were on display like that all night.
If nature fascinates you, this is a great choice for you!

We visited Manuel Antonio Park with Henry for the afternoon. We chose him after doing two tours with him last year. He is great. We saw amazing wildlife and thanks to his locating the animals and setting us up with the scope we got great photos - sloths, bats, birds - Tucans! Buzzards, frogs etc. His communication and coordination were excellent. He is a conservationist who has been working here for 18 years and he is incredibly knowledgable. Ask him to see the video of releasing a lost sloth back into the wild.

We recently took a trip to Manuel Antonio with a group of ten, 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 4-70 and did 2 tours with Henry and both were excellent!
The National Park Tour was great! He was a great spotter and very knowledgeable. He explained things well and kept our group in the shade for the walk!
the Night Tour was my 7 year olds favorite, she described it as "this is like heaven"! The other kids enjoyed it to but did start to get a bit tired and hot towards the end (as you would expect with little ones).
Henry was great with the kids and took amazing pictures that the shared. Highly recommend his tours!!

Henrry was our guide on a 12 tour of Manuel Antonio. He was incredible, such a vast knowledge of the park and surrounding area. We saw lots of animals including, sloths (3 and 2 toed), Jesus lizards, black iguanas, red eyed tree frog, white faced monkeys, Potoo, squirrel monkeys and more.
I cannot thank Henrry enough for the best day in Costa Rica. Worth every penny!

An excellent tour with an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and passionate on his subject - but also easy & relaxed with his group. Henry spoke excellent English - both technical and conversational.

Luis was one of the best tour guides we have had, anywhere in the world! Super knowledgeable (trained at the level to teach high school in ecotourism), incredibly sharp eyed to spot camouflaged insects and animals of all kinds, and smart to bring a very large telescope on a tripod which also had an attachment allowing us to photograph animals caught in the viewfinder. That combination helped us not only to see, but to capture for social media posting later the sharply focused closeups at Manuel Antonio Park of two types of monkeys, two types of sloths, iguana, lizards, snake, spider, coati pig, and other creatures. We learned an enormous amount about the rainforest, ecology, the country, history…everything!
Luis clearly is passionate and excited, after 19 years as a guide here, and able to convey that sense to the audience. We strongly recommend him and will use him again when we return to the park.

We did two tours with Henry, a private Manuel Antonio park tour and a night walk. He’s so knowledgeable and has a magnificent eye for spotting animals. He also helped us to take awesome pictures of the animals we spotted. He is passionate about conservation, a lovely person, and teaches so much on his tours. Highly recommended!

Henry was amazing !
He spotted a sloth for us just a few yards outside our villa that we never would have noticed, just as we were leaving to go to the National Park.
At the National Park, he spotted everything we otherwise would have missed, and educated us on all the animals, creatures, and plants.
He used our camera on his magnifier that gave us amazing photos.
Highly recommend using Henry !

We recently had the good fortune to have a guided tour of Manuel Antonio National Park with Henry.
Henry is a fountain of knowledge on all the animals and plants to be found in the park and probably all of Costa Rica!
He has an eagle eye and spotted things we never would have seen. To be truthful we would maybe have seen 1% of what we saw without Henry there to point it out.
He is an awesome guide and a very genuine, likeable person. It’s obvious from his enthusiasm that his heart is in his work 100%.
I recommend Henry unreservedly and hope to return and see him again.
