Christian was amazing. The airport pick up was smooth and all of the transfer went perfectly and on time. Christian has great knowledge of the country and was happy to answer all our questions. The drive across the country was amazing and we learnt so much about Costa Rica.
Nothing was too much trouble, we stopped as many times as we wanted and saw some amazing things.
Costa Rica is a great, friendly place to visit and I'd highly recommend using Christian / Costa Rica Drivers.

I just returned last evening from my first trip to Costa Rica. I didn't feel comfortable renting a car and had read that both private and shared shuttles are a common way for tourists to move around. Having seen the glowing reviews on Tripadvisor for Costa Rica Drivers, I reached out and received a quick and courteous reply from Christian. He offered a very fair price for some long legs of our journey. Once in Costa Rica, he arrived on time and made us feel welcome. His verhicle is clean, safe, and comfortable. He is a very safe and patient driver despite very tricky driving conditions. In fact, on our way back to Alejuela through a particularly challenging route I was extremely relieved he was driving and not me. As an added bonus, Christian shared great knowledge about this beautiful country that added to our experience. He was conscientious about stopping for whatever it was we needed on our journey. We made a couple stops that were in line with our interests: a coffee plantation and spot for bird photography. His kind demeanor, attentiveness, and patience with travel-weary tourists are so appreciated. If back in Costa Rica, I will definitely be requesting his services again.

Thanks to Christian, who provided me with private driver service and an affordable and custom Costa Rica itinerary (city, rainforests, mountains, beach), I explored the main attractions in a week with no problems. Christian is on time, organized, easygoing, flexible, and can navigate easily around the country. He also speaks and understands good English. You will not be disappointed with Christian's service for individuals, couples, and small families.

Our favorite transport while in Costa Rica Rolando was our first driver and he was so kind and knowledgeable. Our second driver was awesome as well.

Christian and his drivers made my family's trip to Costa Rica worry-free and so much fun. I booked everything thru Christian in a few emails - he was very responsive, flexible, and good-natured. His drivers -- Julio and Marcos and Ronaldo were professional, reliable, and friendly; they chatted easily in Spanish and English, stopped whenever we wanted for bathroom and food breaks, and pointed out wildlife and fun facts along the way. Not only did they take the stress out of driving - so many turns w/ no signage, we never would have found our way - but we got the bonus of hanging out w/ these lovely guys. Plus, the price was comparable to renting a 4WD - w/o the stress and marital bickering. :) We went San Jose - Monteverde - Arenal - Manuel Antonio - San Jose. Every transfer they were there on time in a nice air-conditioned roomy vehicle. Using Costa Rica Drivers was one of the highlights of our trip, for sure.

July 2023 we spent 10 days in Costa Rica. When planning the trip I found Christian’s business to be highly recommended on TripAdvisor and just want to echo those reviews. When I emailed for rates (about 5 months before travel), Christian got back to me quickly, answered any questions I had and helped me plan a few activities. I found his rates to be reasonable and his driver (Diego) to be very reliable and personable. Communication was clear and convenient via email, WhatsApp and in person. Diego was a safe driver and we enjoyed conversations about a wide range of topics on our longer transfers between San Jose, Arenal and Manuel Antonio. He stopped as needed for restroom breaks, shopping or a scenic view - as well as at delicious local restaurants for two different lunches. I usually rent a car and drive on our vacations, but this time I watched the beautiful countryside roll by without any traffic-related distractions.

Traveling with a friend, and wanted to avoid the stress of renting a car. This was a great alternative. It is a great way to learn about the culture, country, while enjoying the scenery.

We were worried about driving and transportation in Costa Rica during our trip. After exploring few options we hired Christian's company for our transportation needs. He is very reasonable and I think no one would be able to beat his prices and commitment. Drivers were very professional and super punctual. Had a very good knowledge of the areas we were visiting. They helped us in planning few site seeing activities too. They were accommodating our last minute needs. If anyone is looking for a worry free travel I cannot recommend enough Christian's services. Please hire them and you will not regret it. Pura Vida!

Christian’s team is a group of professional drivers. We reached out to Christian about 4 months before our trip to Costa Rica. He was responsive and very quick on the quote and plans. We hired him for our four legs of private transfers from Liberia to Playa Flamingo, then to Arenal 3 days later with a 2 hour sightseeing stop, then to San Jose with another 2 hour sightseeing stop and finally to the San Jose airport on the last leg. We had wonderful drivers who were always on time and very helpful. They were English speaking (enough that we could easily understand), knowledgeable and very safe.
I can't thank them enough for making the trip so easy to navigate around Costa Rica. Wish they could be duplicated in other countries we have visited! Thank you Christian!

We highly recommend Christian and his team. We booked our transfers a few months prior. Christian was great in corresponding and arranging via email and always promptly answering our questions. We use Christian's team for 5 transfers. San Jose - La Fortuna -Monteverde (car - boat-car) - Manuel Antonio - San Jose - Airport. The price was reasonable. Julio is such a professional and fun diver. He always arrive on time. He made us feel so comfortable on the road. Julio also stopped on the way to show us La Paz waterfall and crocodiles. Thank you, Christian and your team.

Hi, We are coming to Costa Rica arriving on March 24th and leaving April 4th, we are a family with two kids, heading to Limon from San Jose to work at a wildlife rescue then back to Manuel Antonio for the end of our trip. Hoping to stop along the way for some interesting experiences. I know it's a long trip to Jaguar Rescue Center. but hoping to find a driver and get some ideas for where to go to break up the long drive for the kids.

We had very good experience with Costa Rica drivers though we didn’t go to Tortuga, Julio, our driver was very accommodating to our requests. We went to arenal volcano, Monteverde cloud, visited coffee plantation and took a bath in the hot springs as part of our tour.

You have to send them an email or call them and request a quote. We found them extremely reasonable, efficient and professional. It was a much better deal and a much nicer experience than for 7 of us on a tour.

My husband and I would like a tour of San Jose and a transfer to the port Caldera on January 26, 2017. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn near the San Jose airport the night of January 25. We need to be at the port by 5:00 pm Is this possible? How much would it cost? thank you
