Always something interesting

Great place to people watch and just relax and listen to street performers. There are some questionable characters but harmless plus the presence of police makes it very safe

Covering quite a large space, these gardens have a number of different statues and monuments to see and there's plenty of people watching to be done. The central domed bandstand is the focal point, but there was no activity there when I visited so not sure if it's ever used.

An imposing edifice, right in the middle of a pretty park setting. Perhaps has a purpose for special events, but otherwise un-noteworthy. A good people watching place in a busy location though.

Beautiful old temple that desperately needs maintenance. A place where locals hang out and not safe in the evening hours....so we were told by our hotel staff. Lots of pigeons and their waste in park.

The temple is in the middle or Morazon park. There are lots of couples kissing in the park. During the day, you can see students practicing juggling. I hear on some evenings they might have live music. On non event evenings, stay away since this is the dangerous part of San Jose. Not worth the effort.

Twelve columns support a circular dome in this pleasant park just off Central Avenue, situated in Parque Morazán. The Temple of Music of Morazan Park is a replica of Versailles’ Temple of Love and Music, constructed by architect and painter José Francisco Salazar to replace a wooden kiosk on this site. It was dedicated on December 24, 1920, and now... More

It's just a city park and a smelly one, nothing extraordinary to do and surely needs maintenance. Piece of advise, stay away from here at night, it's depressing and dangerous, drug users and dealers and the tolerated prostitution, no thanks!
