Had enough Imperial? Stop by Costa Rica’s Craft Brewing Co. excellent IPAs and other speciality beers set this beer experience apart from the standards. The brew pub space is roomy and delightful. Glad to have found it.

We had a great afternoon here trying al the craft beers and enjoying the modern and stylish bar. You can see the brewing vats from the bar too. Highly recommended for a short trip out from the city centre.

The beers are good but if you are looking for big bold California craft beer flavors Costa Rica is much more subdued. Could be the weather (defiantly plays a part), or could be how you ween a country of the traditional macro brewed light Pilsner styles. This brewery has all the components of a terrific craft/artisanal brewery - great staff, beautiful bar, patio among the tree tops - and well made beers that are tailored to local tastes and weather. Don't expect the full flavor of the states (why would you, your experiencing other cultures right?) and you'll fully enjoy the quality of Costa Rica Craft Brewing Company. …
