Just went there and it is a great experience to see lots of fish and sharks and healthy coral. They have a shark feeding every few hours. There are ropes in the water as seen on the picture. You can pull yourself through the water...More
Wife and I are both divers so we had LOW expectations. I was way WRONG. It was a great adventure. Rays Sharks a Fish Galore. Visibility was great. Only problem was the current was outrageous. But they have a rope system that makes it very...More
A place to snorkel with sharks and rays. It's beautiful, the water is crystal clear, but it's one of the most famous tours in Moorea, so the place is always crowded, the staff keeps telling you what to do, you have to follow their lead...More
The Lagoonarium is amazing and an absolute must visit if you're in Moorea. The man who runs the tours is hilarious and just cracks jokes the whole time, he also has 3 groovy dogs who cruise out on the boat with him back and forth...More

Had a great morning swimming with fish, sharks, rays. Stayed for the morning feeding session. What an experience. Current was very strong - we are all strong swimmers, and I wouldn't want to let go of the ropes. Definitely a must do in Moorea. We...More

This has to be one of, if not the best activity you can do while in Moorea. They offer free boat pick up and drop off from their office to the motu where all the fishes are. We went for their 11:30am fish feeding and...More
We visited the lagoonarium on our honeymoon to French Polynesia. While we are divers, we took the snorkel trip on a rest day. It was fun to interact so much with the rays and Blacktip sharks. The feeding experience was fun to watch and record...More

There isn’t a ton of room to lay out, but here is room. And there are limited chairs to sit in. You can also go in the water and snorkel or just relax. The huts, for me, weren’t something I’d sit in. I pictured spiders in there, but some might not mind them. It’s just old wood huts and when we were there they had us sharing one. There’s a front and back entrance, but they are connected, so no privacy really. The lagoon is open water, so the sharks and sting rays have learned when feeding time is. There are 2 feeding times and the times are listed on their website.
