This experience was great, with polite and informative staff, however it took significantly longer than we had been led to believe. Their catchphrase is 45 mins to the top and 90 seconds to the bottom. This is correct, but our total experience took approx 2.5...More

I am not always okay with heights, but thought missing this would have been a lifelong regret. I was so right! One nervous gasp and then I felt amazing. The view, the experience, the sense of flight are NOT to be missed. Add in the...More

Its high, its scenic and quite surreal to be looking down at bald eagles flying. Our ship docked early so there was still wispy mist in the trees and it seemed to go on forever ... fortunately there was only a few of us as...More

All staff very friendly. The bus driver to the top was entertaining and full of great local lore. Launch crew were great. The road we had to walk down to the platform was fairly steep and somewhat slick because it was misting. Moderate level of...More

We almost didn't do this. We had already been ziplining in Juneau earlier in our cruise, and it seemed pretty expensive for a single 90-second ride. I'm so glad we changed our minds! This experience is very different from regular ziplining! All five of us...More

The bus trip up the mountain, was excellent. Great scenery, and the thrill of the ride down to the bottom exhilarating, and thrilling. Great easygoing tour people to settle you into the harness, and humorous. An experience to be had when in the area.

Wear shoes that are secure - If you drop anything it would be impossible to retrieve. I had a zip up jacket as it is a little breezy. I carried an expensive camera and needed to hold it securely to my body when we came in to... More
