I cannot recommend this company too highly. I was on a trip from Sitka to Juneau via amongst other places Glacier Bay. What a delight it was to get up close and personal to one of the glaciers early in the morning and then to...More
Glacier bay is located at the top of Alaska's Southeast Panhandle and bounded by the Chilkat and Fairweather Ranges as well as the Takhinsha Mountains. There are many glaciers located within the Glacier Bay Park area, the most notable that we saw were the Carroll,...More
Fabulous crew and naturalists. Very friendly guests as well. Small boat cruising allowed us to stop and spend time with the whales or just watching a bear on the shore. Food was great. Only downside was the small cabin and “shoilet”. We did not spend...More
We just returned from a week of visiting Glacier Bay National Park and the islands of Icy Straits with Uncruise Adventures. This is the way to see this beautiful land. There were 60 guests on the boat which was the base for kayaking, hiking, and...More
We were fortunate enough to visit Glacier Bay aboard the Coral Princess.
Rangers boarded the ship at about 6am and were informative as they spoke a few times throughout the day. The beauty of this spot is nothing short of spectacular.

The inside passage was amazing and my first cruise ever. Every day was an adventure with the beautiful towns like Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway. Explore the environment and soak up the atmosphere of these amazing places.
The highlight, of course, was Glacier Bay with its...More

We visited Glacier Bay National Park as part of a trip on the Chichagof Dream. Part of the deal with vessels visiting the park is that they take a Ranger on board. All of these people are wildlife enthusiasts, and our guide Zac was no...More

Three couples, mid 60s to early 70s, somewhat out of our comfort zone with this trip, all agreed that it was worth taking the plunge and participating in all the activities. We all agreed it was the best trip we had ever taken. The hiking has various options from shore rambles to more vigorous hiking. Most of the people on our boat had never kayaked to any extent, and they did a great job of teaching us more than the basics. The sea kayaking pros did a seven hour kayak to the end of one of the tidal inlets and described that as the best thing that they had ever done. The scenery was fabulous, the food was fabulous, and I can’t say enough about the staff and crew.
Just do it! I don’t think you’ll regret a minute of it. Uncruise Adventures was a pleasure to deal with, and the small size of the ship and the ratio of crew to passengers made this a memorable trip.
