If you are headed to Kenai or further north this a great place to stop for local information. They have brochures covering all of the Kenai peninsula. Very knowledgeable people to assist you with your travel and sightseeing.

This is your typical visitor center with maps and pamphlets to pick up but it also has a nice taxidermy collection as well as some native artifacts and other interesting things. Worth a stop.

The lady working the office was very friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful boardwalk behind the visitor's center that follows the Kenai River all the way to the Centennial Park Campground. Very nice and pleasant walk.

This is a great place to stop, pick up info about AK, see the eagle exhibit, as well as the other interesting exhibits. The parking lot is easy to get in & out with an RV, good space available.

All the exhibits of early life and present day life on the peninsula are very informative. If you are visiting Kenai or Soldotna this is a must visit!
