A new experience for me to visit one of these. The history was evident and plentiful. Upon entry one is given a history lesson and then one is on one's own to explore and learn.

Dolly was an infamous Ketchikan madam in the Creek Street Red Light District who provided the working men with "entertainment" after a hard day's work. This brotel is filled with rich and interesting pictures, stories, books and old artifacts from the days of old. It...More

Rather let your children give this one a skip. Rich history behind this infamous house which has become a museum. Good place for giggles.

Nice walking tour on Creekstreet to visit Dolly's Place. Very authentic! Furniture and personal items still in the home. Remember it rains more times than not in Ketchikan. Walking in the rain not so bad.

We didn't go in because we had our son with us, but I wanted to! The ladies who were trying to "lure" us in were very knowledgeable and entertaining. If I ever make it back to Ketchikan, I will take the tour.

There are wonderful stories to learn about Dolly. I learned about her life. She was a strong woman in a difficult time. The museum ladies also gave some history of the street, the facts of Dolly's two homes and why there was a second home....More
