Hi all! I'm heading up in a couple of weeks (yes, despite the rainy season). Anyone done the 2D1N tour up to view the sunrise at Mt Fansipan? I'm just wondering if i should do that or just stick with 1D tour

I can't answer your question unfortunately, but my advice is to decide when you are there depending on weather. That could make or break your chance of doing the 2D1N tour.

One day will be tired. It is better to do on 2D1N, we joined group tour on 2D and overnight at the height of 2,800m, woke up in early morning at 04:00 AM for breakfast and moved up to Mt Fansipan around 09:00 AM. Came back... More

Hi, Is it possible to climb the peak in one day without a guide? We are pretty fit people and used to trekkings, it's just a question of not getting lost :)
