My husband and I love nearly any boat ride that exists. So, of course, we had a great time. We found all the employees to be extremely polite, professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The mini hike on shore was interesting because every question that I...More

Fun experience on the 1200 hp boat. Beautiful views on the river. We saw a bald eagle perched on the top of a tree. The small bear darted into the brush from the edge of the river quickly when we approached. The hike in the...More

Devils canyon adventure was really worth a ride. I suggest to go for it, enjoy the class 3 and 4 white water waves, the jet boat spin and a small walk into the jungle to get a brief overview of the alaskan native people life...More

The tour was interesting even though it was in a heavy rain so it took away from the visibility from the boat but the staff were very knowledgeable and the sites constructed to demonstrate how life was like was interesting. I would not recommend if...More

We traveled 1 hour to Talkeetna by Princess Cruises tour bus to Mayhay's Jet Boat Adventures Tour. The locals were not friendly and hogged the window seats on the Mayhay's Jet Boat Adventures so my son could not see out. I asked the Naturalist and...More

I am so sorry for your experience and that you weren't able to be accommodated. We don't assign seats and it's unfortunate that we don't have control over who sits where. The way our boats are designed, you should still have been able to see...More

It isn't scary, but it is exciting. You are in the bigger rapids long enough for everyone to get pictures. But you certainly can choose to stay seated and enjoy from there.

Yes you can. If you desire, you can leave them on the boat while doing the land portion of the trip. The pilot of the boat stays with the boat, so you can have some degree of security.
