This is an interesting exhibition about nature, animals and the history of Alaska. The museum is not too large, it takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour for a tour.

We stopped in to see the Polar Bear displays, but found the museum to offer quite a fun variety of exhibits. It is worth the stop. We spent an hour.

We had a little extra time in Valdez and chose to visit this museum. Found it very interesting and informative about the area. Due to historical view it also offered suggestions for other visiting areas. Glad we stopped for a hour to see this museum.

This is an interesting place to visit and only takes an hour. It's interesting because of all the artifacts collected around remote Alaska back in the years before mass tourism and when it was still possible to acquire them. The beautifully mounted collection of Alaskan...More
