We happened onto this store during our walks around Old Bisbee. The owner, Rob, is super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed talking with him quite some time. The walls are covered with Rob's personal collection of classic rock memorabilia, and his Ipod was playing the store's background music. Very cool! Our purchase focused on the extensive array of olive oils... More

Super cool place with a great variety of flavors both common and unusual. Prices were fair and there were lots of opportunities to sample things. My only wish is that they did more gift sets/variety packs!

We visited on a weekend and found the place to be quite charming. Wonderful assortment of olive oils and basalmic vinegar. All the olive oil is local and you can taste test each. The manager, ( believe his name was Mark) was very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend visiting and trying out the vast assortment of vinegar and olive oils.

If your are looking for quality oils and vinegars that are imported from all over the best regions of the world this is your stop, and it's not overly expensive as some are. This has been there a long while and staffed with "family" so a quality experience. Definitely worth a stop for tastes!

I drop a lot of $ here every time I visit Bisbee. Incredible selection of olive oils and vinegars. I don't buy salad dressing anymore - I just use some strawberry peach white balsamic and some sundried tomato garlic parmesan olive oil or avocado oil (or a mixture of several other BOOs I keep as a staple in my pantry!)... We spent over an hour in here testing the various types of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Plenty of bread available to mix and match flavors, with no pressure personnel available for questions. My favorites were savory or spicy oils with sweeter balsamics, including a chipotle olive oil paired with a prickly pear balsamic. Divine!

We have a pretty good collection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars at home, and we found a few gems to add to our collection here. You can pretty much sample all of them. The individual working there that day (I assume the owner?) was very friendly and gave us a few free items for being patient as he helped... More
