Beautiful and calming facility, great spa, gym and classes which are included if you stay there. Worth the splurge on the services (especially the couples massage)

Once again The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa extend our sincere apologies for the disappointments you experienced during your recent stay. As we have previously addressed at departure and in our follow up correspondence we are truly sorry for the inconveniences you encountered.

We used the work out facilities. The spa and classes are open to the locals, as they use it as a "health and fitness club." Most of the time this was fine but we could see that this could present a problem during peak times.
